Performing the said actions signifies the User’s full and unconditional agreement with all provisions of this document.
1. Subject of Consent
1.1. The User grants the Operator specified in the preamble consent to the processing of their personal data, which the User provides about themselves independently when filling out forms on the Site (registration, order, subscription, feedback, comments, other forms), as well as data that is transmitted to the Operator automatically during the use of the Site by the software installed on the User’s device.
1.2. List of personal data:
- Data that the User enters in form fields: surname, first name, patronymic (if any); email address; contact phone number; delivery address for goods or services; other data indicated by the User in the text of a message or order.
- Data transmitted automatically: IP address; information about the browser and device used; cookie data; history of actions on the Site; date and time of visit; address of the requested page; referrer (address of the previous page).
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
2.1. Processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator for the following purposes:
- identification of the User on the Site;
- conclusion and execution of contracts (including purchase and sale agreements, provision of services) at the initiative of the User;
- providing feedback to the User, responses to inquiries;
- processing orders and delivery of goods;
- sending informational and advertising materials (subject to obtaining separate consent for mailing, if provided by the interface);

3. Actions with Personal Data and Processing Methods
3.1. 4. Validity Period of the Consent and Withdrawal Procedure
4.1. This Consent is valid from the moment of its expression (checking the box or sending the form) until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the User withdraws the consent.
4.2. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time by sending a written notification to the Operator’s email address specified in the preamble or to the Operator’s postal address.
4.3. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator is entitled to continue processing the data without consent if there are grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation (in particular, for contract execution, to comply with a legally established duty, etc.).
5. Confirmation of Familiarization
Checking the box (checkbox) or clicking the form submission button and the subsequent sending of the form means that the User:
- has familiarized themselves with this Consent and the Privacy Policy indicated in the preamble;
- understands that their expression of will is specific, informed and conscious;
- understands the consequences of giving consent and refusing to provide data (in cases where data is necessary for contract execution).
6. Fixation of the Fact of Consent
The date, time and IP address of the User are automatically recorded at the moment of sending the form and serve as evidence of the granting of consent.
